Is my online order secured?
Yes, it is. The container frame does not display the "https" secured URL. But, all the ordering forms are on a secured server. Your credit card information is obtained on a SSL Secure Payment Server by Mal's e-commerce.


How much will I be charged for shipping or sales tax?
The $185.00 per book price (for domestic retail sales) includes the shipping, handling, and sales tax.


I live overseas.
How much would it be to order the book?

The charge will be $200.00 per book for international retail orders - includes overseas shipping ($15), handling and sales tax.


I am a wholesaler. How do I order the book?

If you are a new customer, we would need to obtain your resale certificate. Shipping and handling will be in addition to the wholesale costs. The shipping for wholesale orders depends on the volume of books ordered.


How long does it take to receive my order?
The order is usually shipped 1 or 2 days after the payment is received. You will receive your shipment within 2 to 3 weeks after the order has been placed. It may take 4 weeks for international orders.

What if I need "express" shipping?

Please supply your order info (name/company and address) and identify that you need a "RUSH ORDER - 2nd Day Shipping" for your current order. There will be an additional $15.00 (USD) fee per book to ship 2nd Day air.


What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If the order at the time had been shipped out, we unfortunately cannot stop the order. WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY. If you need to change your order, such as change the shipping address or quantity of books, we would have to review the circumstances and work with you to resolve the situation.

What if one or more books were damaged during shipment?
